THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
THE STATE OF OHIO
OHIO SENATE
IN MEMORY OF TIFFANY ELISE STAELIN
On behalf of the members of the Senate of the 125th General
Assembly of Ohio, we extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of
Tiffany Elise Staelin on the sorrowful occasion of her death.
Tiffany Staelin left an indelible impression on the people whose
lives she touched, and although there are no words to ease the sorrow you are
now feeling, surely there is solace in the remembrance of having known such a
wonderful young woman. A graduate of Colgate University, she was a
naturalist, an expert in wilderness expeditions, an environmental consultant,
and a high school science teacher, and her absence will be keenly felt.
Tiffany Staelin had a friendly nature which radiated warmth and
happiness to everyone who knew her, and she flourished in the circle of her
family, including her parents, Stephen and Susan, her brother, Stephen, and her
fiancé, Thomas James Filip. Though the void
her death has created can never be filled, the memory of such a loving and
caring individual will certainly live on in the hearts and minds of all who knew
her. To lose the precious life of a loved one is a painful experience, but
it is our sincere hope that joyful memories will be a source of comfort to all
those who loved and cherished Tiffany Staelin.
Thus, with deepest sympathy, we mourn the loss and salute the
memory of Tiffany Elise Staelin.
